We would ask you to take time to read the ‘Terms & Conditions’ section of this website prior to making any booking. You can then reserve your holiday time and pay the deposit via the secure ‘PayPal’ system. We will ask for a 20% deposit via the PayPal system and the balance of the tariff should be cleared by cheque 6 weeks before your holiday.
Payments of deposits are non-refundable although we will always try to help you swap your dates if there is availability. We advise you to take out holiday insurance for yourself and your party in the unlikely event of cancellation.
We also ask you for a £200 housekeeping deposit in the form of a cheque or cash, which we will return to you following your departure. This will only be retained in the unlikely event of damage or extra cleaning being required. Extra costs will be discussed with you in advance.

Arrival & Departure
The house is available from 3.30 on your day of arrival. Please vacate the house by 10.am on your departure date, as we need time to prepare the house for our new guests.
