Insurance
We advise your party to take out holiday insurance in the unlikely event of cancellation.
Cancellation/Change of Booking
Deposits and payments are non-refundable. If dates have to be changed before you have paid your balance then we will always try to help you to book another time that is more suitable. A fee of £25 will be charged for a change of booking.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking we will find you alternative accommodation, give a total refund, or offer you alternative dates. We would be happy to offer you a free two-night stay for the inconvenience.
Joint Bookings/Bookers responsibilities
Please make your booking in one name only. That person will take responsibility for the agreement of the terms and conditions for the party.
Right to Refuse
We hold the right to refuse a booking for any reason. If we feel that the house is not being treated with care and respect we hold the right to ask the party to leave the premises and a refund will be given where necessary.
Accommodation Limitation
The property must not have any more than 11 guests staying or using the house at any time (plus Cot)
Guest Obligations
Guests are asked to take care in the house at all times. To ensure that the house is in tip-top condition for your arrival, we inspect the property in detail with an inventory after the last guests have departed. If there are any breakages or damage to the house please call the owners on 07852 159396 or 07775 587789 to report it. We understand that accidents can happen, and this is why we request a housekeeping deposit of £200 with your booking.
Property Cleanliness
We pride ourselves on the cleanliness and condition of the house. We ask you to leave the house in the same condition that you found it. If the house is not left in an acceptable state we will use the housekeeping deposit to pay for the extra cleaning.
Loss of Property
Please take care of your property. We will not be held responsible for any loss/damage to your personal property.
Smoking
The house is strictly a non-smoking house. Guests are welcome to smoke in the courtyard garden.
Rights of Entry
We reserve the right to gain entry to the house at any time. (This would only be in the event of an emergency)
Comments/Complaints
If you have any complaints please contact us during your stay in the house. We value and respect your opinions and would welcome to hear any comments from you.
