Front door Situated in a quiet village on this beautiful South Lakeland peninsula, Old Bank House offers high calibre accommodation for your holiday break, with all the comforts that you would expect in your own home.

There are 6 bedrooms, sleeping up to 11 people in comfort. All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with full bed linen provided.

There are two lounges, one with an open fire, a dining room and a separate dining kitchen, both of generous proportions. The kitchen has a gas stove and electric fan oven, as well as a microwave, dishwasher and large larder fridge.

The property is within easy reach of the M6 at junction 36, and can be accessed by direct rail link, with a station in the village just 300 yards away.

KitchenThe fells of the Lake District are within easy reach of Old Bank House. Coniston is a short 20-minute drive away, as is Bowness on Windermere, so whatever your reason for visiting this beautiful area we are sure that Old Bank House can be the perfect location for you.

Outside the property is a fully secure garden with terraces and patio areas for barbeques and general relaxation. The garden also contains a separate secure outbuilding that could be used as a cattery/kennel/bike store. Well behaved pets are all welcome.

Local attractions include Holker Hall, a National Trust property, Cartmel village, with its unique horse racing circuit, and wonderful walks down to the saltmarshes overlooking Morecambe Bay on quiet bridleways.
